Brittany Favre gives birth to a baby boy

Minnesota Vikings quarterback Brett Favre is going to be a grandfather after his daughter Brittany Favre, 21, gave birth to a baby boy on April 2 making Brett Favre NFL’s first ever grandpa.

Parker Brett weighed in at 7 lbs., 7 oz. The 40-year-old Favre confirmed the news on his official Web site.

“Deanna and I are very proud to welcome our grandchild Parker Brett to the Favre family. Parker Brett was born on Friday, April 2, weighing 7 lb. 7 oz. and we’re pleased to say that both Mom, Dad and Parker Brett are healthy and doing great.”
