Gerry Ryan Dies at the age of 53

Recently, Gerry Ryan passed away suddenly. He died at the age of 53 of a suspected heart attack. Ryan anchored a popular daily morning chat show on RTE’s radio station 2FM.

Gerry Ryan was found dead in his apartment in Upper Lesson. He was found in his bedroom after officers were called to the scene. A friend called the officers when he couldn’t gain access to the apartment in central Dublin.

The said broadcaster was living alon after his separation from his wife Morah in March 2008 after 26 years of marriage. The couple had five children together.
