Charlie Sheen,who has been receiving treatment at a Malibu rehab center since Feb. 24, has reportedly been seen outside the premises of the rehab. The said actor was with a mustache as a disguise and is with a woman.

The woman said to be with Sheen at that time was Angelina Tracy, a lingerie model and rumored to be a paid escort. Tracy is a model and is rumored to be an alleged paid escort who goes by the alias “Nina” and charges $3,000 an hour.

Tracy insists that her interaction with Sheen has simply been rehab-related and they were just friends.
