In Thailand thousands of protesters in Red T-shirts have gathered in front of army positions in Bangkok to demand fresh elections. The protesters of the anti-government have massed at eight points in the centre of the city, Army Troops have abandoned some of their positions after threats to tear down barbed-wire barricades by the Red shirted Protestors.
The protest of the the Red shirted Protestors have targeted demonstrations in the past two weeks, ranging from ritualistic blood curses to head-shaving to noisy parades through the streets of the capital. What they plead is for the prime minister to resign. Red shirted Protestors are very determined and there is no sign of them giving up on what they are fighting for, which is a fresh election.
